Improving digital transformation skills and open educational resources in teaching

Abstract

Education has changed to a technology driven platform, bringing sweeping changes in learning environments, teaching methods, and the role of teachers. Improving the quality of education always requires improving the capacity of teachers. The article focuses on digital transformation skills and open educational resource skill standards that teachers need to strengthen to meet innovation requirements in Universities in Vietnam today.
