Developing the ability to use information technology in teaching specialized subjects

Abstract

The ability to use IT is a necessary competency for students majoring in Education. The combined teaching environment has proven useful in specialized training. This article has developed a competency framework for using IT and tested it in two rounds for two student courses majoring in Technology Education at Hanoi University of Education. The results show the effectiveness of the combined teaching form to develop IT skills and specialized skills, while also bringing a positive impact on students' attitudes in the system.
