Abstract

The process of internationalization, globalization and increasingly deep international integration has created many opportunities and challenges for basic areas of social life, including education and training. training, typically the expansion of enrollment scale, “acumen” in training organization and supply of quality human resources to meet the needs of employers. That reality requires training institutions in general and Vinh Phuc College in particular to find ways to “flexibly adapt” in the training process; Harmoniously combining training and use to form a “sustainable value chain”.
