Integrating soft skills training in teaching activities in the 4.0 era at Tra Vinh University

Abstract

The article focuses on realizing a flexible university teaching model and adapting to industry 4.0 trends. This study emphasizes the integration of soft skills such as creative thinking, problem solving skills,... in courses. In this way, students not only learn specialized knowledge but also develop the skills necessary for the modern industrial world. From there, the author develops a method of integrating the training of soft skills in the university teaching process, as well as proposes solutions when applying this integrated method at Tra Vinh University.
