Fostering personality qualities for university students in the current period

Abstract

Fostering personality qualities for students in universities has become an educational trend in the world and a valuable asset to help students succeed in their careers in particular and life in general. There are still many limitations. In this article, the author examines the importance of fostering character qualities for students. From there, we propose some solutions to improve the effectiveness of character education for students in the current period.
