Abstract

The leadership and management roles of grassroots-level leaders and managers play a crucial role in the current economic, social development, and international integration processes nationwide. Therefore, the training and enhancement of capabilities and qualities of individuals in leadership and management roles at the grassroots level are essential. Teaching and training activities at Political Schools are emphasized to improve the quality and effectiveness of education. This article addresses necessary aspects in the training of grassroots-level leaders and managers at Political Schools.
