Developing the ability to use information and communication technology for students majoring in Citizenship Education at Hanoi University of Education

Abstract

The global digital transformation context has created rapid transformation of all professions in society, including the teaching profession. Teachers in modern society need to have many hard and soft skills to adapt and improve teaching effectiveness. Therefore, the ability to use information and communication technology becomes the output standard of teacher training majors at Hanoi University of Education. Within the scope of this article, we discuss the current situation and measures to develop this capacity for pedagogical students majoring in Citizenship Education today.
