Measures to improve the quality of scientific research activities of lecturers at Hanoi University

Abstract

The quality of scientific research activities of teachers at Hanoi University, besides the positive aspects that meet the educational and training requirements of the school, also has some limitations. To overcome limitations in scientific research activities of teachers, Hanoi University needs to synchronously and systematically implement a number of measures from raising awareness of the teaching staff to strengthening management decentralization and coordination between the university and other, faculties and authorities.
