Factors affecting competence development of students majoring in Education at Hanoi Metropolitan University

Abstract

The article presents the results of a survey of factors affecting capacity development on 312 pedagogy students at Hanoi Capital University. The purpose of the research is to determine the extent to which factors impact students’ capacity development. The results show that students self-assess factors about teachers, school environment and learners themselves that affect students’ capacity development.
