Improving self-study and self-study ability for lecturers at the Center for National Defense and Security Education, Thai Nguyen University

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution is bringing profound changes to the education system in terms of learning environment, teaching methods and the role of teachers every day and every hour. Requirements for improving training quality require lecturers to further improve their qualifications and capabilities to meet the needs of society and the requirements of education 4.0. To improve their professional qualifications to meet that requirement, the teaching staff must constantly improve their self-study and self-research capacity. Fostering the capacity for self-study and self-research is considered a regular and inevitable job, a mandatory requirement for current lecturers because the only way to self-study and build knowledge is in many ways and ways. Different lecturers can compensate for the lack of scientific knowledge about social life so that they can gain confidence in life and work using their own comprehensive abilities.
