In the context of the 4th industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) implementing internationally integrated educational training in vocational education institutions, the role of vocational education teachers has changed significantly before. Teachers must fulfill training qualifications, professional and pedagogical skills standards to enhance interaction, creativity, curiosity and learning motivation to help learners adjust the quality and level of learning. value new sources of information and knowledge to become people who know how to self-study and self-innovate throughout their lives. This article examines the teaching standards of educators both domestically and internationally and the professional requirements for teachers in vocational schools for global integration and development.
