Developing scientific research capacity plays a huge role in helping students improve their intellectual level and successfully complete their learning and scientific research tasks. This article focuses on researching some measures to develop the scientific research capacity of students at Vietnam - Hung University of Industry to meet the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
