Solution to develop a team of class 2 vocational education lecturers at colleges in Thanh Hoa province

Abstract

Developing the main teaching staff of vocational education in colleges is currently the concern of school leaders, but there are still limitations and inadequacies. The article conducts a study on the current situation of the development of key vocational education teachers at colleges in Thanh Hoa province and proposes some solutions to help schools implement planning, use effectively use and promote the capacity of the main teaching staff in the current context.
