Abstract
In the trend of international integration and the 4.0 industrial revolution, lecturers’ digital literacy is one of the decisive factors in the quality of education and training at universities. However, the ability of many lecturers to apply digital technology to teaching and scientific research activities is still limited. Therefore, it is necessary to research and find solutions to contribute to improving the ability to apply digital technology for university lecturers in the current period.
