Bac Lieu University determines that training quality is the leading factor governing all activities, so the practical organization of expertise outside the school will be an application-oriented training goal to ensure the quality of training that society requires. On that basis, the article focuses on clarifying the practical organization of off-campus expertise for students of Early Childhood Education, college system of Bac Lieu University, and at the same time shows the results brought after the field study trip outside the school to orient the future career.
