Abstract

In recent times, taking advantage of the development of science and technology, cybercrime has tended to increase, crime related to “black credit” activities on cyberspace. With the characteristics of being a capable person and a relatively high level of awareness, the psychological development of this type of crime is extremely diverse and difficult to grasp. Therefore, studying the negative psychological characteristics of criminals involved in black credit activities on cyberspace is extremely necessary. This is the basis and premise for crime investigation and verification, contributing to the fight against crime in the new situation.
