Abstract

Industry training is a mandatory module in the industry knowledge block in the Human Resource Management training program at the National Academy of Public Administration. There are many factors that affect the quality of students' training, including factors belonging to the students themselves, factors belonging to the training institution and factors belonging to the receiving unit.
