Improving the quality of internships for students majoring in Business Administration at Da Nang College of Economics and Planning

Abstract

Graduation internships play an important role in helping business administration students learn, develop skills and better prepare for their future careers. Internships provide opportunities to apply the knowledge they have learned. in the classroom into the real environment. Students have the opportunity to see and better understand how concepts and theories are applied in business practice. Besides, internships help students develop practical skills such as teamwork, communication, time management and problem solving. These are important skills not only at work but also in everyday life. Practical experience from internships is an important part of applying for a job after graduation. It shows that students have the ability to adapt and work effectively in real business environments. Nowadays, many companies have recruitment programs from interns if they work effectively and fit the organizational culture.
