Using a combination of cooperative teaching and the “tablecloth” technique to develop students’ qualities and abilities in teaching Civics Education at the secondary school level

Abstract

To implement the 2018 General Education Program, schools are innovating teaching methods, focusing on active and modern teaching methods and techniques. Using the observation, analysis - synthesis method, the article focuses on clarifying the theoretical basis and process of using a combination of cooperative teaching and the "tablecloth" technique in teaching Civics Education in secondary schools to develop qualities and competences of students; thereby, helping teachers improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching this subject in high schools.
