Applying Ho Chi Minh’s “learning by doing” educational method in teaching the history of the Vietnamese Communist Party to students

Abstract

"Learning with practice" is one of the important educational methods that President Ho Chi Minh stated. It has great significance for the education and training work of schools. For political theory subjects in general, and History of the Communist Party of Vietnam in particular, applying this educational method is necessary. The article focuses on clarifying Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on "learning together with practice" and its application in teaching History of the Communist Party of Vietnam for pedagogical students; thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of studying this subject for students on the basis of linking learning and practice.
