Factors affecting the decision to choose a workplace of final-year students at Hai Duong University

Abstract

Choosing a suitable workplace has become a matter of concern not only for final-year students, but also for researchers and educational managers. The central purpose of this article is to point out the important factors that influence the decision to choose a workplace of 101 final-year students at University of Hai Duong. Analysis results through direct discussion with students show that nearly 72% of students tend to stay in Hai Duong province to find jobs. Factors include: Local preferential policies; Wage; Working conditions; Local living environment; Local living costs; Conditions for support from family; Love for the homeland.
