Abstract

In today’s era of globalization, enhancing students’ proficiency in English, particularly in the domain of listening comprehension, assumes paramount significance. Within the vast repository of openly accessible online resources, TED Talks have emerged as a valuable and efficacious instructional instrument wielded by educators and learners alike to augment students’ listening comprehension skills. This article is dedicated to scrutinizing the efficacy of integrating TED Talks into pedagogical practices aimed at refining students’ English listening comprehension skills. Moreover, it delineates procedural methodologies and provides instructional guidelines pertinent to the judicious utilization of such auditory resources for the amelioration of listening comprehension skills among students enrolled at the People’s Security Academy.
