Some factors affecting the development of professional capacity for trainee lawyers based on the professional community

Abstract

Developing professional capacity in general and legal capacity in particular for trainee lawyers has many different paths, of which the best path is to rely on the professional community. Research results at the Hanoi Bar Association show that there are many factors affecting the process of developing professional capacity for trainee lawyers based on the professional community. This result is the basis for determining measures to develop the professional capacity of trainee lawyers in order to improve the professional capacity of trainee lawyers to meet the requirements of the legal profession in today’s society.
