Proposing solutions to increase interest in regular physical education classes for university students today

Abstract

Through the use of document reference methods, observation methods, sociological surveys, direct interviews and statistical mathematics to evaluate the current state of physical education activities at some universities. Study on the following aspects: Current status of facilities serving physical education activities, current status of lecturers doing teaching training, current status of students' awareness..., thereby proposing a solution. Some solutions to increase students' interest in practicing during physical education classes, thereby improving the quality of learning physical education at the school.
