Abstract
Educational self-assessment is one of the pioneering activities in the accreditation process of the institution. This article analyzes the importance of managing educational self-assessment activities, clarifying the implementation of management functions (planning, organizing, leading, monitoring) and managing the conditions supporting the implementation of educational self-assessment activities by the school principal.
