Measures to develop management staff in primary schools in Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province

Abstract

With the results of researching the current status of management staff of primary schools in Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province from the basis of theoretical research and practical surveys in research on the field of management, the thesis topic has been build. This scientific research has proposed 05 measures to develop the management team of primary schools in the research area, in which, the tested measures have shown results that are both necessary and feasible.
