ChatGPT’s impact on innovating university teaching and learning methods in the 4.0 technology era

Abstract

The 21st century along with the 4.0 technology era has been creating a great influence on all professions and fields from natural sciences to social sciences. In the context of the current development of science and technology, education needs a comprehensive innovation in contents, programs, assessment methods and teaching methods to be able to adapt, exploit and effectively use the products and achievements of science and technology. The article examines the impact of ChatGPT – an application of artificial intelligence with the innovation of teaching and learning methods, contributing to improving knowledge for learners as well as improving the quality of teaching to meet the requirements of human resource development in modern society, digitization and globalization.
