Digital transformation of higher education to usher in the era of national development
Abstract
The article focuses on analyzing the role, significance, and emerging issues in the process of digital transformation in higher education in Vietnam, considering it a pivotal driving force to promote the development of high-quality human resources, contributing to realizing the national aspiration of transformation in the new era. Based on the study of digital transformation experiences in education from several countries such as Singapore, South Korea, India, and the United States, along with an assessment of the current implementation at Vietnamese higher education institutions, the article proposes comprehensive and feasible solutions to accelerate digital transformation, enhance the efficiency of governance, teaching, and scientific research, thereby meeting the requirements of sustainable development and international integration.
