Enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation between Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in the fight against high-tech crimes

Abstract

High-tech crime is one of the most pressing issues today, posing a serious threat to national security and social order. Recently, Laos and Cambodia have emerged as countries with a complex situation regarding high-tech crime, directly affecting Vietnam. This article analyzes the current state of cooperation between Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in combating high-tech crime, and based on this, proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of this work in the future.
