Solutions for Youth Union cadres in military academies to study and work in accordance with Ho Chi Minh’s style

Abstract

The article focuses on clarifying the content, significance, and solutions for youth union cadres in military schools to study and work in Ho Chi Minh's style, amid the complex and volatile developments in global, regional, and domestic contexts particularly the fierce ideological and cultural opposition from hostile forces. To achieve its research objectives, the article employs a combination of analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, and comparative methods, based on an examination of Party documents, directives, and resolutions; the Complete Works of Ho Chi Minh; and research materials related to Youth Union activities in the military. The research results shed light on the core elements of Ho Chi Minh’s working style-namely, the mass-oriented, scientific, practical-specific, and exemplary approach while affirming its significant practical relevance and proposing fundamental implementation solutions in the current situation.
