Developing digital capacity for special forces to contribute to preserving and promoting revolutionary traditional values

Abstract

In the context of national digital transformation and military modernization, developing digital competencies for the Commando Forces is an essential requirement. However, this process cannot be separated from the traditional value foundation that has shaped the identity, strength, and combat effectiveness of the Commando Forces. This article clarifies the relationship between the development of digital competencies and the promotion of revolutionary traditional values of the Commando Forces; assesses the current state of digital competency development within the force; and proposes solutions to ensure harmony between modernization and the preservation of identity. The goal is to build a corps of Commando soldiers with high digital combat capabilities while remaining steadfast in ideals, political courage, and revolutionary ethics.
