Ho Chi Minh's thoughts in building and developing a team of young theoretical lecturers at The Academy of Regional Politics III

Abstract

During the Vietnamese revolutionary leadership, President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to building a team of educators and left behind valuable and enduring views on building a teaching force that is sufficient in quantity, ensures quality, and is appropriate in structure. Based on an analysis of the fundamental and core contents of Ho Chi Minh's views on building a teaching force, this article proposes directions for continuing to apply and creatively develop his views to contribute to building a team of young theoretical lecturers at the Political Academy of Region III today, meeting the requirements and commensurate with the tasks in the new context, especially the strong development of science and technology, cyberspace, and artificial intelligence
