Abstract
Vietnam’s era of rising, marked by significant strides in its economy, society, and defense, is also a time when culture is placed at the center. Culture serves as both a soft power and a driving force for the nation to affirm its position on the international stage. Developing culture during this period of rapid growth is a long-term process that requires the efforts of the entire political and social system. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the important role of culture in the country’s development, especially in the context of Vietnam’s deep integration into the international community. By developing and implementing appropriate policies, creating a healthy cultural environment, developing the cultural industry, and enhancing the quality of literary and artistic products, Vietnam can affirm its position on the international stage and contribute to building a civilized and prosperous country.
