Abstract

Culture is not only the soul of a nation but also an endogenous resource and a driving force for sustainable development, especially in the nation's rising era. To clearly define national identity and brand, it is necessary to build a healthy institutional environment, innovate in cultural development thinking, pay special attention to the development of cultural industries, strengthen international cooperation, and promote digital transformation in the cultural sector. Developing culture is a long-term process that requires close coordination among all levels, sectors, and the efforts of the entire society.
