Abstract

The message of our country’s cultural heritage “rising into an era of development”, delivered by Prof., Dr. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, has demonstrated the Party’s strategic vision and ignited the people’s long-held aspirations for a strong, decisive and progressive transformation. The article analyzes the potential and opportunities for promoting the values of cultural heritage, highlighting the attention and support of the Party, State and society. Moreover, it proposes practical solutions to effectively contribute cultural heritage to the nation’s development in this new era.
