Abstract

As a special national urban area, Hanoi has an extremely diverse, rich and valuable cultural heritage system. In order to exploit and promote this important cultural resource effectively in the process of socioeconomic development, it is necessary to synchronously implement many solutions, including actively implementing relevant provisions of the Capital Law. From clarifying the current status of promoting the value of heritages in Hanoi, the article proposes a number of solutions to bring the Capital Law into life, contributing to improving the efficiency of exploiting and promoting the value of cultural heritages, towards the goal of building an elegant, gallant, civilized and affectionate Hanoi culture and people, building a truly “Cultured - Civilized - Modern” Capital.
