Abstract

The core values of “diligence, frugality, integrity, righteousness and impartiality” form the foundation of the Vietnamese people's character, shaping the nation's cultural and spiritual identity. These moral values have been the driving force behind the strength of the Vietnamese people, including the Vietnamese youth, who are the future of the nation, possessing the intelligence, enthusiasm, and aspirations of youth for the cause of building and developing the country. This article discusses the education of the qualities of diligence, frugality, integrity, and impartiality in accordance with Regulation No. 144-QĐ/TW dated May 9th, 2024 of the Politburo for Vietnamese youth; the value content of the standard of diligence, frugality, integrity, righteousness and impartiality in cultivating the moral character of Vietnamese youth; and solutions to promote the qualities of diligence, frugality, integrity, righteousness and impartiality among Vietnamese youth today.
