Phát triển nghề rối Đào Thục trong bối cảnh kinh tế thị trường và hội nhập quốc tế
Abstract
In the relentless flow of the market economy and international integration, Dao Thuc water puppetry, a precious cultural heritage of Vietnam, faces numerous challenges. On one hand, the development of tourism and international cultural exchange opens up a golden opportunity to promote this unique art form to the world, attracting the attention of domestic and international tourists. On the other hand, significant challenges arise, from changes in audience tastes and pressures of commercialization to the risk of a dwindling pool of successor artisans. Without appropriate preservation and development strategies, Dao Thuc water puppetry risks being forgotten in modern cultural life. This article delves into analyzing the opportunities and challenges that Dao Thuc puppetry faces, thereby proposing feasible solutions from a cultural management perspective, aiming to preserve and promote the heritage’s values, contribute to the development of the cultural industry, integrate with tourism and the creative economy, and create momentum for the sustainable development of traditional art in the age of integration.
