Abstract
In the context of deep international integration and increasingly fierce competition for destination brands, exploiting cultural and artistic events as values , resources in building local brands is becoming more and more urgent for many countries, especially Vietnam - a country with a long history and rich and diverse cultural capital. However, to effectively promote this resource, it is necessary to have a political and legal basis to create an environment for cultural and artistic events to develop in the right direction. The article analyzes the Party’s viewpoints and State policies as a basis for promoting the role of cultural and artistic events in building local brands, contributing to the sustainable development of the country in the new period.
