Abstract

The cultural environment encompasses all tangible and intangible cultural elements that surround people in a specific place and time, shaping their development as both products and agents of culture. Creating a positive cultural environment within the People’s Public Security School is crucial and necessary. This article analyzes the current state of the cultural environment in the People’s Public Security School, based on the results of a survey conducted at the People’s Security Academy (T01), the People’s Police Academy (T02), and the Fire Prevention and Fighting University (T06) - all under the Ministry of Public Security. Finally, the article proposes solutions for developing the cultural environment within the People’s Public Security School in the future.
