Abstract
In the Digital Age, Library Marketing plays a crucial role in raising awareness, promoting services, and optimizing user experience. This paper analyzes modern library marketing trends, including social media marketing, AI-driven service personalization, digital content optimization, and the application of virtual reality technology. Additionally, it proposes effective marketing strategies such as building a strong library brand, enhancing user experience, developing public relations, and implementing multi-channel promotions. However, libraries still face several challenges, including financial constraints, a lack of marketing expertise, the rapid pace of technological advancements, and user data security concerns. To overcome these barriers, libraries need strategies that align with available resources, staff training investments, the practical and efficient adoption of technology. Library marketing not only helps attract and retain users but also reinforces the library’s role within the modern knowledge and education ecosystem.
