Abstract
This article examines the role of cultural heritage and intellectual property assets in promoting sustainable tourism development in Vietnam, through practical models such as Tràng An, Hội An, Sa Pa, the Chào Show, and Madame Show - Những đường chim bay. Drawing on comparative experiences from selected Asian countries, the study synthesizes practical lessons in heritage management, intellectual property protection, and responsible tourism development. Based on these insights, it proposes strategic orientations that integrate cultural value preservation, intellectual property utilization, and technological application to enhance competitiveness and foster international integration of Vietnam’s tourism sector.
