Abstract
Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country with 53 ethnic minority groups, possessing a rich cultural heritage that offers significant potential for cultural tourism. However, the development of cultural tourism among ethnic communities faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, duplication of tourism products, and the risk of cultural commercialization. To ensure sustainable cultural tourism, it is essential to balance conservation and development, respect cultural differences, invest in infrastructure, apply digital technology, and train local human resources. Additionally, promoting cultural tourism through international platforms and fostering regional connectivity will enhance the socio-economic value of this tourism sector.
