Abstract

In the current context, the construction of a new socialist human being in Vietnam holds particularly significant importance. To firmly build and protect the Fatherland, and to steadily advance into a new era of national development, it is essential to cultivate new individuals who possess adequate capabilities, qualities, and skills. This article focuses on presenting Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on the new socialist human being, analyzing the requirements and characteristics of this ideal according to his thought, providing a general assessment of the current situation of building new individuals in Vietnam; and thereby proposing tasks and solutions for applying Ho Chi Minh’s ideology into practice to successfully construct the new Vietnamese person in the present stage.
