Abstract

Recognizing the aspiration to become a prosperous and happy developed nation by 2045, this article argues that effectively mobilizing and promoting its rich cultural resources is crucial for Vietnam’s advancement in this era of national growth. Culture serves not only as a vital spiritual foundation but also as a significant driving force for sustainable development, enhancing the nation’s soft power in an increasingly integrated world. This analysis clarifies the role of cultural resources in Vietnam’s development, examines the current landscape, and proposes solutions to further leverage these assets today.
