Abstract
Entrepreneurial culture holds significant importance as a key factor in the development of businesses in the current era of international integration. It contributes to establishing a company’s reputation, ensuring stable and sustainable growth, and strengthening the trust of partners and consumers. Additionally, entrepreneurial culture fosters connections and motivates employees to drive production forward while enhancing the image and cultural identity of Vietnamese entrepreneurs on the global stage. However, the development of entrepreneurial culture faces several challenges, including limited awareness of fundamental social values, deeply ingrained perceptions of careers and work responsibilities, and shortcomings in the training of business leaders. To further promote. Vietnam’s entrepreneurial culture in the context of international integration, a comprehensive and synchronized implementation of various solutions is required.
