Abstract
The cultural industry in China is an extensive activity encompassing many fields and has a profound influence on economic and social life. From the perspective of state management, the statistical classification of the cultural industry is both a challenge and an essential need. This article provides an overview of the statistical classification of the cultural industry in China, covering both the scientific theory and the practical work of statistical classification by state management agencies.
