Abstract

This article analyzes the development and impact of the startup culture on Vietnamese students, particularly in the context of the modern economic and technological environment. Startup culture is increasingly becoming an integral part of the mindset and actions of the youth, supported by the government, organizations, and universities. However, there are still many challenges in maintaining and developing startup culture, such as reluctance, lack of practical experience, and financial difficulties. To enhance the effectiveness and sustainable development of startup culture among students, the article suggests solutions such as improving the creative learning environment, promoting the realization of ideas, increasing financial support, and providing practical entrepreneurial training. Additionally, building a complete, continuous, and sustainable startup ecosystem will create a solid foundation for the development of students and the entrepreneurial community in the future.
