Vốn xã hội và sinh kế hộ gia đình trong tiếp cận triết học - xã hội học
Abstract
This article analyzes social capital as a distinctive form of human resource embedded in household livelihood strategies, thereby clarifying the philosophical essence of social relations in which human beings affirm their inherently communal nature. Based on the Marxist-Leninist conception of the social nature of humans and drawing on modern sociological approaches, the study demonstrates that social capital constitutes a “soft foundation” for development, expressed through trust, social interaction, and cooperative capacity. In the Vietnamese context, social capital carries profound cultural characteristics, manifested in kinship structures, village communities, local associations, and mutual-support mechanisms during rural livelihood transitions. The article contributes to explaining the role of social capital in the interrelationship between culture and development, thereby affirming the philosophical value of the human being as a subject of social connection.
