Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and globalization, electronic publishing (e-publishing) has emerged as a crucial method for cultural communication, contributing to the dissemination, preservation, and revitalization of national cultural values. With its capacity for multimedia integration and instant distribution via digital platforms, e-publishing is comprehensively transforming the model for the production, distribution, and reception of knowledge. In Vietnam, e-publishing activities have made significant strides, forming a new ecosystem with the participation of publishing houses, press agencies, libraries and others. However, the sector still faces numerous challenges such as technical infrastructure, legal frameworks, content strategy, and copyright issues. This article focuses on analyzing the role of electronic publishing in modern cultural communication, while also proposing orientations and solutions for developing e-publishing as a component of the cultural industry in the digital age.
